Day 16 and 17 were completely different. Day 16 was Dr. Oz’s berry green smoothie. This is the second Dr. Oz smoothie that I didn’t like. It was coconut milk, coconut oil and berries. It was thick and the oil taste overpowered the berries. I would try it again with some sweetener.
Day 17 was light and fresh. The parsley, citrus and banana combo was refreshing. Unfortunately, the smoothie left me very hungry by 10:00.
