I cannot stop thinking about the newest program coming from Beachbody On Demand. It is called 80 Day Obsession.
It might be that I’m so excited because the last few months have felt like an all out eating festival. Halloween was the start of my eating. We went on a family vacation. Then it was my birthday. Next, was Thanksgiving and a trip to Las Vegas. Finally, Christmas…oh how I love Christmas cookies, chocolates and drinks!
Thank goodness I had my Beachbody On Demand! I joined Beachbody on Demand several months ago and am in the best shape of my adult life. I belonged to a gym for years and never saw any results. Since joining Beachbody On Demand, I have access to all of the programs they have ever made. I can work out in the comfort of my own home. I’ve been eating a lot, but feel stronger than ever and managed not to gain any weight over the holidays.
So, looking forward to 2018, I’m going to start 80 Day Obsession. I’m going to go all in and see if I can find my abs and biceps.
