Leftovers never tasted so good! Each week the 21 day challenge ends with a free day to use up the leftovers. I used grapes, banana, and yogurt that had been purchased this week plus some frozen berries from the freezer and kale from my garden. It tastes great!
Ending the week, I am 4.2 pounds below my starting weight. I ran the Seafair Pirate 8K yesterday. I’m a terribly slow jogger and walked part of it…but I finished. I also logged a personal best for most elevation gained on a run. You gotta love Seattle.
